These general terms and conditions govern access to and use of the website hairsttropez.com, as well as the private at-home hair services offered by Hair-Line St Tropez, a company of Nelly Hairline, a brand operated by Keep in Touch SBH, operating in the Gulf of Saint-Tropez.
Hair-Line St Tropez provides private hair services performed at the client's location (villa, hotel, yacht or any other agreed venue) in the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, French Riviera, from May to October.
All services are subject to availability and require a confirmed advance booking.
Bookings are made via the online form or direct WhatsApp contact. A booking is only confirmed upon written confirmation from Hair-Line St Tropez. A time slot is considered reserved only after this confirmation, which results in blocking the corresponding schedule.
In case of cancellation by the client less than 24 hours before the confirmed appointment, Hair-Line St Tropez reserves the right to charge the full amount of the booked service. Any rescheduling request must be communicated as soon as possible and remains subject to availability.
Prices are communicated upon request or at booking confirmation. Payment is due upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed in advance. Accepted payment methods are specified at confirmation.
Hair-Line St Tropez is committed to delivering services with the care and professionalism expected of a premium hair service. The client agrees to inform the stylist of any known allergies, sensitivities or contraindications prior to the service. Hair-Line St Tropez cannot be held liable for reactions resulting from incomplete information provided by the client.
All content on hairsttropez.com (text, visuals, brand, design) is the exclusive property of Keep in Touch SBH. Any reproduction or use without prior written authorization is prohibited.
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
